☔️ HURRICANE SALLY • CLASSES CANCELLED

Good Morning MBADA Parents and Dancers,

First...let us say how proud we are of our dancers who performed in each of the recitals this weekend. Every dancer did such a great job performing even though the venue was very different than our normal set up. Although sometimes our little girls were distracted, they still did a great job for their young age! Thank you parents and dancers for changing costumes so quickly too! That allowed us to run all the shows very quickly. I have received many compliments from audience members and parents. My staff and I can not be more proud of each and every one of our dancers! I am so glad we were able to wait and put on full recitals for our MBADA families and friends. Our dancers deserved it!

As you have seen on the latest weather advisory, Hurricane Sally will impact our area beginning this evening Monday, August September 14th.

Our Fall Classes were to begin today but, given the situation with the weather and the uncertainties surrounding power outages, all Classes today Monday, September 14th and Tuesday, September 15th will unfortunately need to be cancelled. As it stands now, these will be only days we will be closed but a decision regarding Wednesday is forth coming as we will continue to monitor the forecast. Please stay tuned for further updates.

Again, we can not express how proud we are of our dancers! We will posting many pictures. Please send them to Ms Maureen if you would like. We would love to have as many pictures of our dancers as possible.

Please spread the word.

Sincerely,

Ms. Maureen and your MBADA Staff
